Phil joined the firm in 2006 after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in accounting. Phil serves as chair of the firm’s Tax Committee and his practice focuses on complex tax planning and accounting services for a wide variety of clients including construction, real estate, heath care, private schools, and other not-for-profit organizations. As a third generation member of the firm, Phil takes pride in serving his clients and continuing the firm’s legacy and reputation in the community.
Phil is a member of AICPA, MACPA, Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council and is a longtime board member and current President of the Touchdown Club of Annapolis. A lifelong Annapolitan, Phil enjoys golfing at the Naval Academy Golf Course, spending time with friends and family, and is an avid Ravens and Terps sports fan.
