Hailu joined MSWS in 2014. After graduating from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Information Systems, he became a Certified Public Accountant in 2015. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA). Hailu specializes in non-profit audits, single audits, pensions, as well as individual and business tax preparation. He resides in the Baltimore area and in his free time enjoys weight-lifting and long walks on the beach.
